eight months

Clay is eight months old today. And still not quite sitting up, but that's totally okay. One thing we've learned about our son over the course of these eight months is that he does things in his own way, on his own time. We can obsess about the exercises, agonize over the growth charts, and compare him to every other baby, but ultimately he will decide when and where and how. Because, at eight months old, this kid is already his own little person. We wouldn't have him any other way.
